Shipping & Delivery 

At Silverish, we ensure your jewelry reaches you safely, swiftly, and in perfect condition. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Shipping Across India

  • We offer PAN India shipping on all orders.

  • Standard delivery time: 4–7 business days after order confirmation.

  • All orders are shipped via trusted courier partners to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email and a tracking link once your order is shipped.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • A shipping fee of ₹60 will be levied on COD orders. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor the status and expected delivery date of your order.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to external factors like weather conditions, strikes, or regional restrictions. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping, but we’re working on it! Stay tuned for updates.

Refund, Exchange and Cancellation Policy

At Silverish, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our sterling silver jewelry. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy exchange process to ensure your experience remains seamless.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Exchange requests must be placed by emailing us at [shopsilverish@gmail.com]  within the 7-day window.

Exchange Process

  • Initiate the Exchange: Contact our team within 7 days of receiving the product with your order details and reason for exchange.

  • Send It Back: Once your exchange request is approved, you will be required to send the product back to us at your own cost.

  • Inspection & Confirmation: After receiving the item, our quality team will inspect it. The item must meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

  • Exchange Dispatch: Upon approval, we will dispatch the replacement of the same product within 3-5 working days.

Please Note

  • If the returned product does not pass the quality check, the exchange will not be processed and the item will be sent back to you.

  • We do not offer refunds, returns or cancellations, only exchanges for the same product are permitted at this time.
