- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

- Send It Back: Once your exchange request is approved, you will be required to send the product back to us at your own cost.
- Inspection & Confirmation: After receiving the item, our quality team will inspect it. The item must meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
- Exchange Dispatch: Upon approval, we will dispatch the replacement of the same product within 3-5 working days.
